I bet they're not the same. The flatbed was added in Europe, and therefore the fenders most likely did not come from Dodge. I believe those truck were shipped to Europe cab/chassis only. Paul in NY has one of those trucks that he took the flatbed off and replaced with the 3rd series, so he'll be able to say for sure.
