These are Midland numbers. They are hard to find as Midland is no longer in business. They are available, but I am not sure where. I have been doing some research and have not found a source. It has been a long time since I purchased any kits. I bought the last one from a place in Columbia, SC. The company was Columbia Wheel and Brake. You might check online yellow pages for them. I could not find a website for them. NAPA may be able to cross them over to another supplier. There are several companies who say they can rebuild almost any Midland booster, so the parts are out there somewhere. I will check to see if I still have the receipt from Columbia and look for a phone number. Where are you located?
