The 1949 1 ton 2wd has two bed options, 7 1/2 foot and 9 foot. A 1949 Power Wagon uses a 8 foot bed. Also a 1949 Power Wagon uses a first series bed, and a 1949 2wd truck uses a bed of the same style as a 1951 to 1955 2nd series PW bed. Given the fact that first series beds are pretty common (compared to 2nd series PW beds), I would look for one of those instead.
