No personal experience with it, but I can share this:
-It's a one part acrylic-epoxy blend.
-Covers good, about 300-500 square feet per gallon per coat, but requires at least two coats.
-I remember several people that used it and seemed to have good results with it, but that was only on the short term, so there's no telling how it held up over time.
-Sells for about $25/gallon at Lowe's (or did about two years ago).
-I definitely wouldn't bother with any paint unless you can remove most of the dust and loose parts of the floor.
-It has a satin finish, and I have read that it can be difficult to clean even light marks on it if it doesn't have the clear sealer put over it.
