Man that is alot of heat. yeah I checked all of the splices and sucked the fuel thru a clear line to see if there were bubbles, none showed untill it looked like the fuel was boiling on the pump bowl.

What exactly is vapor lock? Is the fuel boiling in the carb and preventing more fuel from comming in or is the pump haveing trouble moving the boiling fuel?
