The back half gets less of the air stream, so is a bit hotter.

New fule lines? Go back and check all the slpices for tightness. Any air that could leak in will get sucked up instead of gas, and would account for the air bubbles in the bowls.

You could try a temporary tank in the cab, with clear vinyl hose to the pump. Keep it away from the heat...
