My point was that if VPW, Jbizal, or any of the other suppliers who support the PW family, are buying their sock type filters from NAPA, Carquest, other retail/wholesale parts suppliers, WIX or another filter company, or direct from any of the manufactures who supply WIX with the incorrect sized sock filters, then our PW friendly suppliers MAY end up with some of those incorrect filters eventually. I think Todd Wilson is doing a great job to find the source of the problem and get it corrected for ALL of us. If VPW has their filters custom made - great!

Norm, my point to Paul was that I personally do not know how the "Military Junior" filter canister differs from the Deluxe Clean Oil canisters that all of my trucks have been equipped with. I think the difference is worth documenting as there appears to be ongoing confusion amongst enthusiasts on the subject.
