Paul in NY has offered a good suggestion i the past, which works very well. Heat the head of the bolt with a torch enough that you can melt wax (paraffin or candle). The wax will usually follow the threads into the drum and allow removal. You will probably need a hand held impact driver and a very large straight bit to fit into the slot in the screw. If this fails, you might be able to weld a hex head nut on the top of the screw and back them out. The replacement screws are easy to find. JH
