I'd cast a vote for a Miller 250 Tig Runner. I got mine from IOC (Indiana Oxygen Co.) They sell on ebay, just type in Miller 250. absuolutely NO problems and great to deal with. They were cheaper than ANY dealer near here, free shipping to the door and no tax. Pricey but it's a quality tool that will outlast me. Whatever you get, invest in a leather cover for the hoses. Those plastic covers are worthless as they melt if you brush up against anything hot. Not worth the risk.
When I was getting prices on mine my local dealer where I normally buy from said their(IOC) price was LOWER than his cost.
