So it should be VT25 133528C if it was the original engine.

But that also does not make perfect sense, as the parts books show the number after the V25 should be month and day, like V25 8 3 for a 1964 251 built on August 3rd.

The C at the end is a shift thing I think, I remember seeing something about that in piece of literature once.

I will think more on it, but I have not seen many WM300s with the original engines, so my sample size is limited.

Anyone else got a 1961-67 WM300 with the original engine they can share the number from?
