All my lines are 3/16" from the Master Cyl to the brake calipers. My brakes on all my trucks are equal in stopping to my Ram 2500 CTD....I just dont have anti lock as the Ram does.

I highly suggest using a 1 & 5/16" bore Master Cylinder. If you use a 1 & 1/4" bore MC you will have decent brakes but a very low pedal on a hard stop. The 1 & 5/16" bore give roughly 15 to 20 % more fluid push on brake application with the result a nice pedal with lots of reserve. I use a Bendix Master Cylinder 11584 or NAPA # 39017. This is a dual chamber Master Cylinder.
