Brake Tube "T"

I was tightening down some of the brake tube connections where they were leaking and came across this crack in the main "T" where the master cylinder/front tubes/rear tubes/brake light switch all meet. Anyone know where to get another one? Napa said they don't have one with 4 ports - just 3. Thanks,
