Do like I did,find a 80-84 truck that is part time with the trans. you want and swap out everything.You will have a non cad front axle and 208 transfercase.It will be a good solid transfercase unless you plan on doing some major muddin..If you get lucky you could find a single wheel 1-ton with a 60 front and 205 transfercase.It just takes time and patients.
