Sorry, Tom, but telling someone to refer to the "PIF" at the "top of the page" can be confusing. It is not at the top of any message page, rather, it is at the top of the previous (home) page, with all the other links.
Lots of people might not know what "PIF" means, so I suggested to Joe that perhaps he should offer visitors to the PIF a slightly bigger and more self-explanatory button to click.
