find out if they are a broker, if they are a broker stay clear as when my 08 dodge got here the roof had damage from a low bridge or something, was not discovered till next day as truck is tall and i am still fighting to get the deductable from them(their insurance paid the claim, but they had a deductable on damege, this is when i discoverd the rules of interstate transportation. most brokers use whoever picks up the load the cheapest. up until this point I shipped 20 or so cars without a problem . from now on I get them myself or use a small owner operater or there is some guy named RON from indiana who is legend up here in the notheast for his all night beer and truck runs
