You wouldn't get by with that in the NW either. One of the Fire Departments in OR bought a tandem axle ladder truck that weighed 62,000 lbs. if I recall. It's been a number of years back but it never went into service because it was so overweight. State would not allow it and I doubt they would allow anything like that just because it had a Classic or Antique license.
