I have never needed to count the splines on the NP-205 output. The Yoke on a Dodge 1989-1993 NP-205, takes a Spicer 1350 U Joint. The pictures is the slip joint/yokes I used on the Bumblebee.

The Bumblebee has a GM NV-4500 to NP-200 T Case The GM NV-4500 is a Spicer 1350 U Joint.

Here are the Spicer numbers to make up that slip joint as shown in the picture.

NP-200 Side ( Spicer Slip Yoke SPI-3-3-468KX Spicer 1410 U Joint SPI 5-357x

NV 4500 Yoke Shaft Spicer SPI 3-82-971 1350 U Joint Spicer SPI-5-178X

I suggest moving forward with caution. I have never seen a brake band ebrake on a NP-205. In fact the only E Brakes I have seen on NP-205's are disk and built by High Angle Drive Line, and myself. I do not believe that the Tail cone on the NP-205 and NP-200 is the same. My point, be very sure your dealing with a NP-205.

I dont know of any online Spicer catalog listing what you want to know. I go to my driveline shop in Burlington and see Pete. Tell him what I want to do, he shakes his head and rattles off the numbers of the parts I need. He is a walking drive line part number machine LOL.
