Cleaning one up would be next to impossible unless you had an endless supply of money to throw at it. It simply would not be throwing a cat covt. on it and go. You'd have to figure out a fuel injection setup. Computer controlled.and throw a cat on it. I dont think the flatheads design would produce a good enough combustion to avoid some gasoline just going to the exhaust. You'd want to go 12volt to get a better spark. If you didnt do all this and just threw a cat covt on it the cat would eventually plug up and not work. Todays cars have cycles that run the exhaust a little hotter to clean the cats out from time to time.


Would be much easier to give the guy the middle finger and continue to drive your old Global Warmer the way it is and have fun!
