PIF part number are Standard Motor Parts (SMP) co. numbers. NAPA, Autozone, Kragen can interchange to their product line.
SMP Cable - A42-1 fits Dodge Trucks 59, 56-48
SMP Cable - A19-1 fits Dodge Trucks 58-54
If you have 6V, you can measure the lengths you need and buy welding cables (1/2 copper dia.)
