Chris, I don't know about interchangeability with the gear clusters. That's cool it has an E-brake on it, I had to do the aftermaket disc brake on mine, just like Paul does on his rigs. One thing I didn't mention before was I had to modify the cab floor at the t-case area a bit. Nothing major. The 205 is definately a more desired t-case, better engineered in my opinion. I supose you could use the off center rear, but there might be too much vibration?? having the driveshaft bending in two drections. Every modification is somewhat of a project, but well worth it, I'm real glad I put the 205 in my truck.
