My comment about the sleeves were for your pictures 11 and 30 where you have pipes bend on a wall. Too keep them curved, you use some bend sleeves which is typical of PEX tubing that has no metal layer, unlike the Kitec. The Kitec pipe has the aluminum layer that stop oxygen from migrating inward to the water. It has side benefit of enabling the pipe to hold it's shape once bent.

The oil fired water heater works great. With one 250gal tank, I can do all winter (I got R30 walls and R50 ceiling). Depending on the price of oil , I may switch to electric. The design calls for 25000BTU/hr so a high output boiler is not necessary. I guess a 50000BTU unit (2x safety factor) would be sufficient.
