I had the same problem with mine. I bought a new M/C and it didn't fix the problem. I looked very close at the relief port on the new M/C and found that the hole was never drilled all the way through. If that isn't the problem then the push rod maybe too far in and not releasing the pressure. Or old bad rubber brake hoses.
