And you would be correct! I found the literature. Two different brochures I got when we bought the '73. Partial quote from one:"Power Wagon pickups come as Sweptline or Utiline models ---". The other shows a "Dodge custom for the economy-minded". The header over the dimensions box says "Sweptline dimensions". Under the Adventurer SE it says "Introducing the top of the line in Sweptline pickup models, the Dodge Adventurer Special Edition". It also shows "Sweptline box construction", and "standard and optional equipment for D100, D200, D300 custom sweptline and utiline pickup, club cab, crew cab, stake, platform, and chassis-cab".

So, there ya have it. The factory was apparently calling the wide boxes sweptline for a lot of years. I was surprised when I found Kris Wicksteads site a number of years ago and the '61-'71's were called Sweptlines. I had always been under the impression that was what the factory called the wide bed and that appears to be so.
