1978 Dodge Power W150

Hello everyone!
I finally found a site for my 1978 dodge power wagon I just got!
Anyways, I was just wondering what should I look out for this year truck?
What I know about this truck is:

1978 Dodge Power Wagon 4x4 318 engine 4 speed trans. 318 engine has all new gasket from the pan up to the carb. New oil pump, New timing chain, rebuilt Holley four-barrel spread borr carb, All new paint on engine,all new tune up, wires, plugs,cap rotor and has the original rare green paint on this truck with tan interior-->all this was done by the seller.

please if you have any knowledge with these trucks let me know!
