Positive! You can see the top rail of the utiline bed side, that is inside the station wagon "cladding". It does have fins, but Dodge used a different sheet metal for the 3 years of Sweptsides, each corresponding to that year's station wagon sheet metal, so these fins are not as pronounced as other years.
