Dishonest Dodge parts seller - Jaime Tepes

To serve as a warning to the Powerwagon community:
I purchased an aluminum grill ($350) on ebay from: Jaime Tepes (Powerwagonparts). Whitehall, PA

He sent me a completely different grille than what was in his advertised picture on ebay. item 190216665751. He stole my money and since I paid by check (he doesn't take cards or paypal) I am crap out of luck.

I've notified Better Business Bureau, ic3.org and eBay.

Not sure if I can post pics here or not but...See his advertised pic vs the actual one he sent me (same angle):
