How to shift it? I mean it's been a while.
Does it grind going into 1st when stopped?
Have you changed the idle rpm? Too high rpm, will make the gears spin faster,and take longer to slow down.
You might try putting it in reverse and starting it. If it tries to move or is hard getting it out of gear,then the clutch probably has issues.
