We lost both of our Golden's w/in 6 months of each other, the last one about 3 months ago. I said no more dogs for me, the pain of loss was too much. Last month my wife said "let's just look at these pups to see if we like the parents/ bloodlines" :-) I said fine but no more dogs. You guessed it, we have a new pup. It will warm your heart, and test your patience, but get another dog. Something about the bond between a family and their dog. My wife said we needed life in our home again and we have it :-) I wish the same for you. Kurt
