The CJ travels the road well but the mpg bites. The CTD is a 4x4 shortbed with 35's and a Kore suspension, but no winch... but gets close to 20 on the road. So I guess it depends how serious the trails are. Last year we did the Dusey-Ershim trail in the Jeep, and it's probably tougher than the Rubicon and a three day trip. How serious are your trail rides, on a one-to-ten, Rubicon bein' a 10? That'll tell me which I drive up there
