Try googling 'swift enterprises + faa'.

Seems these Purdue guys have a system that will convert other stuff into 100LL av gas fuel for about $1/gallon. They are experts at bio-electric-catalysis. Fuel cells, but also some kind of refining process. My guess is some kind of molecular-depolymerization that is catalytically controlled. The molecular-depolymerization is a method of using heat and pressure to break down every kind of waste and re-combining it to make fuel oil. Chicken guts, or old computers, anydamnthing. The pilot plants almost work, but there is too much chlorine in the feed stock, and it gets into the fuel.

So, use a consistent feed stock, and a catalytic process that controls the hydrocarbon chains, and wa-laa, a replacement fuel for our current machinery.

And that's just one or two of the processes under consideration. In fact, I wonder of Big Oil isn't making their last grasp at oil profits now, with something new coming down the pike?

Which big agra company cancelled a big gasahol plant, after spending $500 million? What do they know?
