If you can't die grind them, you may be able to drill just the heads away.
Harbor Freight has left-hand bits. Use them in the hope that they bite on the screw and back it out.
Try heat. A battery and jumper cables, with a bolt held in on cable, other cable to the windshield frame somewhere. Hold the bolt against the screw head, 'til it gets red hot. Plus some wax, Paul thinks that helps.
