Chuck remove the drum first by removing the 2-3 flat head slotted screw that are between the lugs/studs.
You may have to loosen the adjusters, and whack the outer edge of the drum inwards and downwards. Yes, inwards, and the drum will pivot outward at the bottom. Best to do this with the bearings/nuts installed.
Some drums are rusted to the hubs, and need lots of work. Try the adjusters, and removing the hubs and drums as a unit.
