That's usually caused by a loose hose clamp.
Check all your clamps from the front to the back, as well as all of your injection line fittings. In order for fuel to drain back, air has to get in...just like putting your finger over a straw & drawing it out of a glass of water...if your finger is tight over the straw, the fuel can't escape.
Several of the bread vans I've bought have had the identical problem...all have been hose leaks.
