OT - 10ton Jack Question

Found this jack on the side of the road today. It seems to be missing something that screws into the hole there towards the left. Seems to have fluid leaking out of it. Not real familiar with these jacks. Thought I would ask the panel of experts here....Whats missing out of that hole? Where could I buy a replacement. It appears to be a Simplex 10 ton jack.
