I don't think the price is out of line.Ihave done a major resto on a 69 gtx that was very clean to start with and it still sucked up $25k in 1994 dollars.58k is at least what the fella has into it according to people who have seen it.Back when i did my car it was taboo to turn satellites into gtx's.They don't make'm anymore so it's acceptable to make "recreations,or tribute cars" that I often see advertised for 50k +.I'm not knocking them ,much, but that what it cost to do a premium job,not some sloppy work-over.To me an original #'s matching ffpw would be very hard to do with scaricity of rear fenders, windshield frames, not to mention governors, pulley drives, etc. If you can put together anidentical quality pw for less, like 20k or 30k than do it because i got 10 people lined up to buy mine and i will gladly send them to that person.I'm not attacking anybody just my opinion.BTW anybody wanna trade a 58k ffpw for a gtx?
