This is such an overrun subject. It seems unnecessary to do again. In this world there are choices as to quality. Some people are content with buying their clothes at Costco and at Wal Mart, while some buy from Filson or Carhart. Some would be happy with a rifle or shotgun that simply shoots and some would prefer a pre-60 era weapon that costs 5 times as much. There are mobile homes and manufactured homes and there are custom built homes. I just finished a 1700 sq. foot that cost over $1.5 million, not including the lake shore property, which was another $3/4 million. The owner/builder of this truck has a reputation that preceeds him in this field. I don't know him, but I have seen and heard of his work. There are people out there who can and will buy that truck, and they wil pay what he is willing to accept. JH
