I'm with you on those topics, There are several documents that i've come across that are so well written (like yours, as it covers the whole scenerio), that i've been creating my own little data library of useful docs.
I only hope others are doing the same; as there is alot of 'arcane knowledge' in this group of PW fans, which will be lost in time if we do do not share.
