Got the 360 in, carb question

Hello,

I got the 360 in the d400 with hydraulic bellhousing,

Now have a carb question, Currently has a holley 2 bbl carb on it. It runs ok but not the best. It runs good in higher rmps but does not seem to have the low end/ lugging the 318 had with the carter.

Is there a carter or other carb that will work better on this 360. I know the accel pump is not working at full par. I would perfer a carter on it. Did dodge use any thing other than holley on the 360??
