I just got off the phone with a Engineer at Trico. The planetary gear drive wiper motor is not yet on the market. The product launch date is 18 to 24 months. Also the foot print of 4.0" diameter and 5.0" high, will not fit our requirements.

On my presentation of our size requirements and desired output power, the engineer shared with me that Trico makes many different industrial wiper motors. He is going to see what is available off shelf meeting our requirements and send me some samples.
