If you don't bother to post a location, and that's all we get until we call, then evidently you don't mind getting calls that do not take the time zone into consideration.
Example, to help you think this through - You live in the East Coast. You don't bother to post a location. So someone calls at what would be a perfectly normal time for them - 9pm Pacific. You get to enjoy a midnight call. Or if you live on the West Coast, an early bird on the East Coast calls at what would be a normal time for them - 7am. Now you get your sleep interrupted by a 4am call.
Why don't you people think this through a bit more and realize that other folks may not have a phone book, may not have a long distance company that provides zone information, or that they DON'T WANT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON LONG DISTANCE CHARGES just to find out if the location is close enough to drive to because some smart alec doesn't see a need to provide basic, simple information and provide some common courtesy.
