It depends on where you are. I had a local shop called Automotive Wholesalers rebuild my 400 several years ago. I've not had a lick of trouble from it. They showed me tricks for longevity that I hadn't heard of. They also use hining plates when they hone or bore cylinders so you get a true bore and not a taper when the heads are bolted on. The shop is located in Evansville Indiana.
