I'd just like to say these are great trucks. I have 3, none
so new or with a great body though. Once you get a deuce-&-a-half
you'll wonder how you ever did without one, especially if you have
to haul heavy junk on bad roads. I'm going to haul my M37 across
the state in the back of my deuce when I figure out a way to get
it in.

Drop-sides are rather uncommon but MUCH better than normal rigid
sides. But Henry, for those who might be interested, other
other important specs are does it have 1) a winch, 2) an air-
shift transfer case, 3) hard-top or rag-top, 4) heater,
5) racks/troop seats for the bed, 6) cargo bows and cargo canvas,
and 7) which engine (LDT465-1C, LDT-465-1D, or LDS-465). -1C is
the "standard" multifuel. -1D is the "improved" one with more power,
less fuel consumption and a smoother sound, and LDS is the
"hot-rod" engine with more power, noise, and fuel consumption.

Once can get a solid M35A2 with no extras from a dealer for
$4000, so for $6500 is should (and probably does) have some more
good stuff than just the drop-side bed.
