The real sneaky part is the 'any other article' part, this leaves the door open to them to add anything they want to the list. And anyone that doesn't believe this could happen only needs to talk to someone in NJ or Calif that has become an instant outlaw at the stroke of a pen, it is not about just armor or rockets but is about ANYTHING they decide you should not have. That could include the surplus quonset hut out on the farm, you have no choice in the matter. Contact your politicians and get this thing shut down.
