I've been searching for the return spring for my driver's side door handle/latch for my M37.
I've checked with the staples ... Vintage Power Wagons, Adirondack Dodge, Vermont Commercial Salvage, Ace Surplus, Army Surplus Warehouse, Memphis Equipment, and a few others as well.
None have the spring. Most said that if I can find a source that they would appreciate it if I could let them know.
This spring had to be a 10 cent item when manufactured. It's hard to believe that no one knows where they can be had.
I really don't want ot pay $15 - $25 plus shipping for entire mechanism just for this spring.
If anybody can help ... please post or email me.
