We started getting a lot of little car lots opening up here with nice looking nearly new cars.
Trouble is, they were all flood victims. People would buy them, then the trouble started. The lots would dump 30 - 50 cars or more, then close down and start up under a new name somewhere else so as to avoid complaints.
California has salvage titles for totalled cars. Oregon did not. Now they do. Which is a shame because now a lot of antique car collectors and rebuilders are having problems with it, thanks to a bunch of jerks.
You were real lucky to have such a good dealer. Most would have screwed you. He deserves to have his name posted as a good guy.
