30 percent better yes, but 25 percent more per gallon. Makes the pay off I have for the 6.7 harder to swallow. Was it like 5000 dollars? Don't worry, I'd do it again if only for the power. As far as lasting longer, the gassers last just as long. Besides that ,it will be gone at the age of 10 years for the next one. I believe the first 10 years are the only good ones.
