Tim, This is a pic of the bumper thats going on the 57 W200, the same bumper is also on the W100 parts truck, but that one is in much worse shape.
The 6 center boards are 3/4" x 5 1/4" wide.
The 2 outer boards are 10" wide at the widest point and cutout around the wheel wells. I use the angle strips as the pattern for the cutout.
A 9/16 rabbet joint, 3/16 deep on all board edges to accomadate the bedstrips except the outside edge of the 10" boards, the angle strips rest on top, no rabbet. Hope this helps.....Kevin
