Check the inner cylindrical surface of the rims for a Goodyear imprint. Even tought the web says Budd, they were made by Goodyear. I think the 'F' may be a year code?

"H" is the two-piece rim designation- 'J' would be one piece drop center rim.

The LTS is a light truck designation?
