M37 frt spring width and spacing?

Could someone be kind enough to tell me what width are the front M37 springs (1 3/4" if I recall correctly?)? Also, what is the measurement of the front springs outside to outside. My truck is 70 miles away at the moment - otherwise I'd meaure on my own. :-)
