New Dodge Power Wagon

This is not for me, but for my son. He is totally in love with the brand new Dodge Power Wagon. At the moment he has a Dodge Dakota Quad two wheel drive. He is in construction and has come to the realization that this model is just to light to do the job.
What I am wondering on his behalf is if the new Power Wagon will live up to his expectations? He does not want diesel. All he wants to know is if it is better then the Dodge 2500 Ram and if it is on par with the 3500.
